With six years of experience in the moving industry, JB brings professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch to every move. His vast knowledge of customer service ensures that each client receives top-tier care, making their moving experience smooth and stress-free. His friendly and kind nature makes him easy to work with, and he takes pride in providing every customer with a great move.

Beyond work, JB is a dedicated family man. He’s a proud father to his 13-year-old son, Eli, who excels in the Cambridge program, loves boxing, football, and basketball, and enjoys drawing anime. JB and Eli often bond over basketball games. His 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Kynzleigh, keeps him on his toes with her love for learning, favorite color pink, and enthusiasm for French fries and pizza. JB also has two stepdaughters, ages 12 and 14, who keep life exciting by doing all the things teenagers do.

JB and his significant other, Blue, have been together since 2021 and are navigating the family dynamic with love and patience. In his free time, JB enjoys working out, hiking and camping with his family, riding on his Razor, playing hide and seek with Kynzleigh, and watching football.

Whether on the job or at home, JB puts his heart into everything he does. When you move with JB, you’re not just getting a mover-you’re getting someone who genuinely cares about making your transition as smooth as possible.

Ron and Nanci

At the heart of our company are Ron and Nanci, whose lives are a whirlwind of love, laughter, and dedication. With many years of experience in the moving industry, Ron and Nanci bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our company.

Ron, with his strong leadership skills, has been an operations manager for many years. His professionalism and expertise ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Nanci, on the other hand, has a background as an administrative assistant in various fast-paced companies. She brings a heartfelt and understanding approach to meeting our clients’ needs.

Together, Ron and Nanci are proud parents of seven children, making family dinners less of a meal and more of a joyful, chaotic party, five of whom are part of the Sterling Interstate team. Their involvement underscores our commitment to being a family-owned and operated business, with family values at the core of everything we do. Their strong teamwork and mutual support create a cohesive and efficient environment at Sterling Interstate, helping the company run like a well-oiled machine.

With immense pride, Ron and Nanci celebrate their children serving in the Air Force, reflecting their deep love for God and country.

In their free time, Ron and Nanci love glamping and fishing, often taking their boat out to enjoy Arizona’s beautiful scenery. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Ron brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the team. Nanci, having lived everywhere from Alaska to Winnemucca, Nevada, adds a touch of adventure and a heartfelt understanding of clients’ needs.

Elliot Helm

Elliot started working in the moving industry back in 2012. He worked side-by-side with the moving company owner, who taught him everything he knows about ensuring the safety of each move not only for all the belongings, but also for the people involved in the process. His mentor passed down his attention to detail not only for boxing, wrapping, and padding all the homeowner’s belongings—no matter how big or small—but also for ways to remove the stress of moving from the customers’ shoulders. Through communication and consistent safe practices, smooth moves can be achieved.

After 5 years of learning the moving trade, Elliot went into business for himself, opening the doors of Sterling Interstate in early 2017. Since establishing Sterling Interstate, he has assembled experienced personnel who also care about what they do.
